EASTER Sunday ^^ I woke up at 9:45am-not hearing the blaring sound of my alarm going on until dad was like: "Tsui Shan, WAKE UP!" (I aimed to wake up at like 9:30am but didn't >.<") Anyway, i watched a bit of 柯南(not the anime series but the reality one) it was quite good (: Had a large bowl of porridge for brekky and at around 10:45am, wenyi came to pick me up and headed for izzy's house. LOL, izzy's house i must say is neatly arranged now with modernn furniture being placed in the living room and evrything seems to be in an orderly fashion now (except for the rumpus room downstairsXD) We were greeted by her friendly family and chatted quickly because they were off to the city to do something. I think i mentioned before that it was supposed to be a 'study session' BUT some of us LOL got carried away and became very very distracted. So it was only me and izzy being studious and actually completing some decent hw hahaa (X We played WII after that; due to my lack of experience in WII i was always last place in MARIO-kart hahaa same with joey LOL X] but it was soo fun and we were shouting at the top of our voices, as if it could be of any help! :P The day went by pretty quickly, probably because we were having so much fun~! I arrived home scenting the aroma of almond cookies my mum had baked and thanks wenyi- my mum sure does bake some scumptious cookies XD
& onto today, EASTER Monday =] Wasn't too special, visited family friends in Kew. We were there for like.. 5 hours straight :O.. Parents can chat for such a long time not knowing that time flies quick ! They lived in a flat, but it was a very modern flat, not those old tattered flats- but quite the opposite! Anyway, their flat was pretty spacious (for a flat) Gosh, i felt really really dumb when i realised that their (oldest son aged 25) gained a Bachelor of HONOURS in dental science and omg.. he was so friendly; and treated us like.. VIPS- no joke! He offered us milkshakes, biscuits, korean pancakes(which tasted sooo delicious apparently he made them), lollies and m'n'ms- okay i felt bloated ><" because he was stuffing us with so much food. He was really really nice and his gf is pretty too (: hahha, and their youngest son is only 2 days older than me! Well, thats how my mum knew his mum coz they were in the same hospital when we were born, and yea my mum says she hasn't changed but they wouldn't admit it and vice versa; they are too modest ><"
SO i was sitting on my butt for 5 hours listening to them chatting about all sorts of random stuff; when Benjamin(the son who's the same age as me) went out to play baddy i really wanted to go!! Oh,, but i was leaving soon anyway and i was like.. in sandals so- i couldn't exactly play properly haha XD His dad came back home just before we left and he bought us SO MUCH STUFF-strawberry BIG m, pudding, yoghurt, orange juice and bananas- and like most asians my mum was denying to accept the gifts. It was something like this:
Mum: 不用了， 你拿去给你的儿子吃吧 Family friend: 你拿去，我买了很多！(shoves it back) Mum: 我的冰箱已经爆满了！(wants her to have it back) Family friend: 那孩子们一两天就可以吃完的 Mum: 真的不用了！ Family friend: 快拿去，又不是什么珍贵的东西 Mum: 但是也是用钱来买的 Family friend:我们已经有很多了， 我是特地卖给你的孩子的 Mum：那好吧， 你太客气了！！
LOLL, the above convo was of course in canto but i like to use mando heheh X] Anyway, that was my day- tomorrow i'll be seeing 17 again with the crew at westfield (: will be bumming around till 4-5ish XD
